I like your presentation, wonder why;-). Background: we have been working togheter and I'm sorting out this right as I write with spices from PMBOK, Lean and Scrum. I belive all are needed but which part from where and for whom that is the question. This question is to some extent addressed in the presentation. Good work Ari and Marko.
How I feel is that today nothing beats Scrum in reliable data from the teams and rules for roles. Waste is addressed in Lean and Scrum so no surpise there. PMBOK gives you the tool for one conceptual level higher than SCRUM for planning, but the data and roles for planning is coming from Scrum. Best regards Joche von Schantz
