OO Day 2009 presentation: Scrum Is Not Enough

Here are the slides for a presentation I gave with Ari on 9th of December at OO Day 2009 in Tampere, Finland.

Since the presentation was in Finnish so are the slides. I and Ari might write more on the subject later on.

I like your presentation, wonder why;-). Background: we have been working togheter and I'm sorting out this right as I write with spices from PMBOK, Lean and Scrum. I belive all are needed but which part from where and for whom that is the question. This question is to some extent addressed in the presentation. Good work Ari and Marko.

How I feel is that today nothing beats Scrum in reliable data from the teams and rules for roles. Waste is addressed in Lean and Scrum so no surpise there. PMBOK gives you the tool for one conceptual level higher than SCRUM for planning, but the data and roles for planning is coming from Scrum.
