Finnish schools may get great scores in PISA, but it is sure that the management practices are still falling short as the following article on Metro demonstrates.
The students are sitting on the corridors as they cannot fit in to the school cafeteria. One of the managers is saying that they have not been aware about the issue.
I would recommend that the managers would exercise the Go-And-See practise. It could tell you much more than sitting behing the desk and expecting somebody to come and report you that there are students eating on the floor. :)
